Problems Reading or Opening a Page


The forms and pages you can view from this site have been optimized to work with Internet Explorer, version 5.5 or later. The latest version of Internet Explorer is the recommended version for complete compatibility.

If you are having trouble opening or reading a page, or using a form, please make sure you try the following BEFORE reporting this as an error:

  • Try again.
  • Restart your browser and try again.
  • Restart your computer and try again.
  • Double check your browser software to make sure you have the correct version.
  • Make sure there aren't any cookies or other software installed on your computer that are preventing the pages from opening.
  • If you're accessing the page from an internal network, make sure no firewalls or other administrative or security software are preventing the pages from opening.
  • Make sure your computer isn't infected by a computer virus by running a virus scan using virus software with the most recent virus definitions.

Because of the spread of viruses, it is very important to make sure that your virus protection software is up-to-date.
